Eberechi Ugwu-Amole founded Captiva Solutions in 2010 with a mission to develop the next generation of cyber defenders. Today, Captiva is a trusted cybersecurity consulting and training firm specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity implementation, assessment, and training, Eberechi has helped organizations and professionals achieve compliance across CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NERC CIP.
A Lead CMMC Certified Assessor and creator of the Real-Skills-for-Real-Jobs® (RS4RJ®) training methodology, Eberechi is a strong advocate for practical, outcomes-driven assessments, training, and workforce development. Under her leadership, Captiva has been active in the CMMC ecosystem since 2019 and holds multiple formal designations, including APP, ATP, former RPO, and Candidate C3PAO. A former adjunct professor at University of Maryland Global Campus, Eberechi continues to advance cybersecurity readiness through education, innovation, and service.
